Grants and Contracts

The Grants & Contracts Unit is a part of the Fiscal Office, providing fiscal management for over 100 contracts with external organizations that provide supportive services, equipment, and training to probation clients.

Grants staff review external funding opportunities for eligibility and alignment with Probation's goals, provides technical assistance throughout the grant proposal development process, submits funding proposals and supports fiscal and programmatic reporting for all grant-funded projects. Grants staff also support the development of grant-related community partnerships and fulfill Letter of Support/Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) requests.
