If you are currently on probation in Alameda County, first explore these Contracted Service Providers listed below. Your DPO can help you determine whether you are eligible for prioritized services with these providers, and provide you with a referral.

In Your Corner: Alameda County Young Adult Opioid Initiative
‘In Your Corner’ is a collaborative initiative led by the Alameda County Probation Department to reduce stigma and increase awareness around opioids and substance use.
Getting Out & Staying Out (GOSO)
(GOSO) is an online, searchable directory of reentry resources and reentry service providers in the Alameda County Probation Department (ACPD) area of responsibility. GOSO improves access to services for individuals returning to Alameda County after incarceration.
NEW: The Path Home Reentry Workbook Series
The Path Home series of reentry workbooks was developed by ACPD staff to help clients prepare for the transition from jail or prison back to the community. It is a project of the Pathways Initiative, a first-of-its-kind collaboration with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), which was partially funded by a Second Chance Act grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance.
