Alameda County Probation Department Reports

The Alameda County Probation Department is focused on making our communities the safest in the nation, and thus, has engaged in a massive overhaul of a variety of systems, with a focus on collaboration and community engagement.  At its core is the belief that people can change and with this belief, ACPD has worked to improve its delivery model using progressive practices intended to reduce recidivism amongst our youth and adult clients and community.   We are proud to profile those achievements through a series of reports, with the recognition that these spotlighted accomplishments are only a snapshot of our ongoing journey. We are grateful to you and to our staff for collaborating with us towards our mission.

The Alameda County Probation Department permits grievances lodged by anyone regardless of immigration status and to assess whether such grievances may lead to any negative immigration consequences.

The Alameda County Probation Department allows for immigrants and refugees regardless of status to lodge grievances when no negative immigration consequences would result.

The Alameda County Probation Department prohibits discrimination on the basis of immigration status, citizenship status, or refugee status.
